Whatever you are celebrating, it is worth making sure it is captured in a way that will preserve those memories for years to come. That's where I come in, I am here to help you along your journey from helping you choose the right session for your situation to choosing outfits and making sure you feel comfortable on the day of.
I am so excited that you have chosen for me to help make sure that your day is able to be saved in all of it's brilliance. Below you will find a series of steps of what your photo journey will look like. If you have any questions feel free to reach out and I am happy to fill you in with any other information you need.
What does it look like to work with me?
1. Inquire
Fill out the contact form! Here you can explain what you would like to get out of your photo session and what is important to you. You can fill out an inquiry through my contact page!
2. Booking
Once you have sent in your inquiry, I will respond to you within 48 hours with more information on booking, the types of session I offer, what session would fit you best! If there does not seem to be a package that has everything you want, we will work together to create a package that best fits you and your story.
3. Questionnaire & Prepping
After sending in your deposit, I will send you a questionnaire to get to know more about you, so that our shoot day can go off without any issues and so that I can tailor our session more to you. This will also be the time that we can communicate about locations and outfits to make sure you feel the most comfortable about your day and what you are wearing. I'll also make sure to confirm the date with you closer to the actual date!
4. Shoot Day
The day is finally here, get ready to have some fun and show off who you really are! I can't wait to make some magical photos for you!
5. Sneak Peaks
Within 48 hours, I will send you a few of my favorite edited shots.
6. Delivery Day
Within 3 weeks after your shoot day, I will send you a link to your gallery of edited photos. You will be able to download all of your amazing photos!
FAQ
01. Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your session date and will go towards the final cost of the session. If the session needs to be rescheduled the deposit can be used towards a new date within 30 days of the original date.
02. How do we get our photos?
You will recieve your photos through an online gallery. After I have finished editing your photographs, I will send you a link to your gallery. Once you have your gallery you will be able to download both, full sized images and social media images, share the gallery with close friends and family, and like your favorite photos.
03. What is your turn around time?
My turn around time is 3 weeks, but if you need your photographs sooner after a session, please tell me and we can work a time frame.
04. What happens if the weather is not suitable on our chosen day?
While I am always up to have a fun session in the rain or snow, if you unhappy with the weather on the day of your shoot we can reschedule. We will reschedule on a day that works for both of us.

During my entire photo journey, I have had the belief that photographs should be about showing memory and how it really feels to be in the moment. I am very excited to be able to help you capture the feeling of being truly in the moment and getting to have photographs that will allow you jump back to that time.
Choosing a location
Choosing the right location can be hard, but that's where I come in. I have plenty of spots across the Gallatin Valley that would be perfect for your photos whether you want more cityscape or landscape.
If you have a location in mind that you would love to do your photographs at, I would love to work in that space for you. Whether that is a building on campus that means a lot to you or a specific park or trail around the area. I am happy to work within a space that means a lot to you.
